Spicy shrimp bowls

Ingredients 

1/2 pound of cooked or raw shrimp

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon ginger

1 teaspoon garlic

salt/pepper

1 teaspoon of soy sauce 

1 teaspoon red chili flakes 

1/2 cup sriracha 

1/2 cup of mayo

1 red onion chopped 

1 teaspoon sesame seeds 

1 zucchini chopped

2 cups of rice

Directions

boil your rice of choice. Once done sit aside and let cool, in a pan sauté your zucchini in the olive oil, garlic and and soy sauce. Add salt and Pepper to taste. Once tender remove from pan and add your shrimp. Add in your ginger, a little more garlic, a little more soy sauce, salt/pepper, and chili flakes. In a bowl mix together sriracha and Mayo. Sauté shrimp until done. Build your bowls layering rice then the shrimp then your veggies and the sauce. Top with sesame seeds and enjoy!
